The play room was great, and there were plenty of things for both kids and adults to do. We were there over Christmas and New Year, though, and the pool, gym, and sauna were closed, which was disappointing. WiFi also doesn't reach most rooms, and service can be a little slow.

I booked through EXPEDIA and canceled within minutes after being told I wouldn't be charged yet. I canceled four months in advance, but they charged me anyway and are refusing to refund the $1,300 USD. EXPEDIA hasn't been helpful either. I'm furious and plan to make this go viral on social media. DONT BOOK HERE!!!!

The pool was my favorite part, kept at a great temperature and very clean. The staff were great too, and there are lots of activities, though the place stays quiet and relaxed without city noise. The weather is great all year round, and the location feels unique in México. It is pricey, but I think it's worth it.

We wanted somewhere to disconnect and relax, and this was a great fit. Our cabin was newer and had everything we needed, plus a pool table, grill, and even a sauna. There were lots of activities to choose from. I especially recommend the horseback tour, it was peaceful, reasonably priced, and had incredible views. The views from our cabin were incredible too.

The views are nice, and taking a day trip to hike for them may be the better choice. The ski slope is laughable, and the zip lines could be faster. For this price, the bed should have feather pillows and a down comforter, and the cabin could use a jacuzzi. Horseback rides on mountain trails would be fun, but the place is lacking. Save the money, get a room in Saltillo or Monterrey instead.
