Casa Polanco Hotel Boutique

The location is great, right across from the park, and I’d definitely recommend Casa Polanco and plan to return. Everything was incredible, from the architecture and food to the service and attention to detail. The complimentary breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet were lovely, as were the 24/7 bar cart and minibar. It was an amazing experience and truly worth the price.

The hotel is small enough that it never felt crowded, even when fully booked, and it’s incredibly quiet, with a lovely terrace. If you want a cozy, peaceful getaway without noisy lifts or chaos, Casa Polanco fits. I love it and would wholeheartedly recommend it. I usually struggle to sleep away from home, but here I slept like a baby every night. It felt like home. The property was immaculate on both my visits, especially the bathrooms, which mattered a lot to me because I’m particular about hygiene. It’s right in front of the park, with restaurants, dessert places, and a pharmacy nearby. Avenida Presidente is a short walk away, so it’s handy for strolling, dining, or shopping. Service was outstanding. The staff looked after me so well, most spoke English, and they had good suggestions for things to do. When I went to Chapultepec Castle, they offered water and a bag, both useful for the long walk in hot weather. They often offered drinks too. I don’t drink alcohol, but enjoyed the fresh juices and popsicles. The food was great, with a good breakfast selection and a menu that was just the right size. The gym is compact but spotless and has what you need for a solid workout, and spa services are available too. My only small disappointment was not getting turndown service on my second stay, as I had on the first. Everything else was so wonderful that it didn’t take away from the experience.

Casa Polanco made me feel warm and happy. It’s a home away from home, with comfort and sophistication throughout. One of the best hotels in Mexico, and in the world. Awesome.

We’ve travelled for many years, and this may have been our best hotel experience. From check-in through the whole stay, we felt so welcome and pampered. The staff were accommodating, professional, and really engaging. The hotel overlooks Lincoln Park, and the location was superb. The food and drinks were over the top, especially the cappuccinos brought to our room early each morning. We’ll definitely be back.
