La Casa Del Reloj - Zona De Hospitales

The kitchen is clean and comes with microwaves and utensils you can use for free, and there's plenty of wardrobe space for a longer stay. But there's no parking, though there are secure lots within a 10-minute walk. At check-in, reception digitally collects your fingerprint for access to the hostel's main gate, but gives no explanation about how your personal information will be protected. Some rooms are very noisy because the hostel is on a main avenue. Their rules say they won't move you from the room assigned at check-in for any reason. The water is only warm, so don't expect a hot shower.

The hotel is acceptable and the kitchen is well equipped, but the hallways need better lighting. Service in person was excellent, though I had a hard time reaching anyone by phone. I called several times to ask if a room was available and got no answer. I sent a WhatsApp message and heard back three hours later, even though there are two people at reception.

I was pleased with my stay, which I chose because it was close to the hospital area. From the outside you wouldn't guess how nice it is inside. My only issue was the lack of parking. Otherwise, as I said, it's a very good place.

We had to move rooms because the fan wasn't working, and there was no cold water, only boiling hot water. The receptionist had a terrible attitude, parking isn't available, and the location is so noisy. I wouldn't come back.
