Terrible experience. We arrived to check in and nobody was there to greet us. A cleaning lady who was leaving helped and contacted Mr. Chava. After 40 minutes of messaging on WhatsApp, he said there was a problem with Booking.com and no rooms were available, even though our reservation had been made and confirmed a month earlier. We were left out on the street, and they didn't respond to anything else. Avoid this place!
I spent almost three months at Tokio and absolutely loved it. You can walk to all the best parts of the city from there, and it's only a two minute walk from the main entrance to Chapultepec park and Paseo de la Reforma. The owners offer 24/7 service, as promised, and help with anything you need right away. I definitely want to stay at Tokio again when I come back to CDMX.
I stayed for a month and would gladly stay for several more. It's a beautiful place, and the staff are so nice and helpful, taking great care of the building. Inside, it's super quiet for working and the internet is perfect. The location also feels very safe and makes it easy to walk around and see the city. There's nothing I could complain about. Highly recommend!
The apartment was clean and really nice, with restaurants and all kinds of other businesses nearby. I'd have stayed longer if they had two bedroom apartments. I'd definitely come back for another stay.
It felt like a second home during my comfortable, lovely stay in September 2021. I'll definitely come back on my next visit to CDMX. Highly recommend!
