The apartment was clean, spacious, fully equipped, and well maintained, and the location was good. The only drawback was the noise from the street, since the windows aren't soundproof.

The apartment was filthy when we finally got inside: dirty bathrooms and sheets in very poor shape. Getting in was a mess too. We arrived at 11:00 pm with two small children, but the instructions pointed to a safe that wasn't there. We waited outside for two hours, nobody answered our emergency calls, and the kids fell asleep on the stairs. The lock didn't work properly and the keys were mislabeled. Building staff couldn't tell us which key to use, so we had to figure it out ourselves. After that, our reports and refund requests were ignored. They did manage to send an automated email asking for a 5-star review, though. The stay was a nightmare, with awful logistics, poor hygiene, and management that doesn't respond or keep the property safe and clean. Avoid it.

The kitchen was missing basic things, including a broom, a clothesline, large pots, and even enough spoons for two people. I also found the walls dirty and the apartment poorly cleaned, so I had to buy cleaning supplies myself. I reported that the range hood grates were coming loose and that there weren't enough utensils, but the manager ignored me. For the high price, it's frustrating to have to handle the cleaning and supervision they should be taking care of. Poor maintenance and no attention to the problem. I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooftop terrace is roomy, and the view is stunning. The property feels very modern, with a lot of care in the details, and the staff provided excellent service. It has all the amenities you'd want. I'm definitely planning to come back! 😃
