Casa Real Coyoacán

We booked a double room with AC, but it turned out that room didn’t have AC. The nights were cool, so we managed without it, though it’s worth checking with the hotel if you need air conditioning. The room itself was spacious and clean, the staff were great, and the location was quiet and ideal.

Great service and the best location. Every day was great. I’d recommend this place 100%.

The WiFi was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. The house is nice, but the windows barely block sound, so being in the room felt like sleeping on the street. Every room we had, both double and double deluxe, was extremely noisy. I asked to move to rooms facing the inner courtyard, but during our eight-night stay they did nothing to address it. Construction started on Saturday morning without warning and woke us up. I couldn’t cancel the later bookings because the cancellation period had passed. If I’d been able to, I would have changed hotels without hesitation.

Casa Real felt very safe, and the location was convenient, about a seven-minute walk from the center with restaurants, cafes, and local markets nearby. The place was spotless, the room was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a great stay.
