The rooftop pool is small but lovely, with great views, and it connects to a fantastic rooftop bar. We also loved walking around the area every day. The location is pretty much perfect, the breakfast buffet was especially good, and all the food was fantastic. The hotel and rooms were consistently super clean, and staff everywhere were kind and helpful. My wife and I enjoyed our first two-week stay so much that we came back for another. While planning a third trip, I realized I owed the hotel a review. Lorena at the front desk deserves a special mention. We had an A/C problem early in the stay, and she handled it warmly and professionally, going above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. She's one reason we've already sent friends and family here. We're looking forward to coming back at Chritsmas time.

The room design is good, the bed was comfortable, and the four elevators moved quickly. Everyone was friendly, and the desk staff were helpful, although it took three tries to get a steamer. There are a few things in the room that could work better: the shower button takes too much force to change spray settings, the faucet sits too close to the sink rim, and the toilet paper wasn't very soft, though that may vary by person. The bed also felt a bit short for someone over six feet. Breakfast had a lot to choose from and was very good, especially the Egg Station. The pastries were decent, but some traditional dishes seemed a little light on flavor. Coffee and other hot drinks weren't very hot, and the milk was served at room temperature. It was about $30 US.

The location suited my six-day business trip, and the staff were very nice. But when I asked for hot water, it took over an hour. I called five times, first after 30 minutes and then again 10 minutes later, and no one brought it. In the end, I had to go out and get the water myself. For a hotel that's supposed to offer great service, that was well below what I expected. This small thing really bothered me, and I won't stay here again.

After a day exploring CDMX, coming back to such a warm welcome was lovely. Iván, Ray, and Andrea at the front desk and door were friendly and helpful, and Hugo made breakfast especially welcoming. The breakfast itself was outstanding. Andaz Condesa is also a great base for Condesa and Roma, with easy access to the rest of the city and a rooftop bar with great views and drinks. Our room facing Insurgentes was excellent, and the hotel feels stylish, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The beds, bedding, towels, and room design were all top-notch.
