We had a great stay. It was handy to have an evening restaurant open, even if it closed early, and there was a fish restaurant too. We drove around quite a bit looking for places to eat, which we actually enjoyed doing. One thing to know: there’s a filter coffee machine, but no kettle.
The gardens were lovely, and the beach was only a few steps from the villas. We were lucky enough to see a turtle laying eggs there, which made for a beautiful memory. The staff were all so friendly and ready to help. Our family spent a week here, and it was a perfect vacation. The villas were just the right size, well designed, and very well kept. The kids had a blast in the pool for children, which was a good depth for them and separate from the larger pool so other guests weren’t disturbed. We’ll be back soon!
A calm, private place to stay, away from the crowds. If you want somewhere more peaceful than a resort hotel, this is a great choice. Highly recommend!
Be careful. We cancelled a refundable booking through their website, but the refund they promised never came. They kept putting it off, with excuses about low season and us not having a Mexican bank account. In the end, we had to go there ourselves and argue to get our money back in cash. The management was very dishonest and unreliable.
Lizbeth at reception was really helpful and arranged reservations for a day trip to see Tulum and Coba, plus a snorkeling outing. There’s a nice cafe on the third floor of the rooms, and another restaurant about a five-minute walk away. For groceries or Starbucks, it’s around a 30-minute taxi ride to Tulum. The resort is beautiful and close to the beach. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It had a five-gallon water bottle, a fridge, a four-burner stove, a microwave, and basic plates and cutlery. I had a great time here.
