The apartment had enough to live comfortably, and it was good overall. Customer service, though, was simply terrible.

The apartment was dirty, and the windows wouldn't close. There were no cleaning supplies, and nobody answered our calls. We had to call maintenance twice in two weeks. Service was terrible, and this place isn't suitable for families with children.
