We had a positive stay and I recommend it. The room was comfortable and more than adequate, with a microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, pots, and pans. It was a great value overall. Some electrical outlets and contacts were loose or half-done, and the shower temperature was a struggle to control, swinging between too hot and too cold. There was no staff at check-in, but they still let us into the room.

It’s a little far from downtown and from bars and restaurants, but the area felt very safe. The price was affordable, and the place was very clean, nicely decorated, and welcoming as soon as you walk in. It has the basics and is comfortable, almost like a boutique hotel. I loved the place and the staff, and truly recommend it.

I stayed here with my family for a week while visiting Mexico City, and I really recommend it. The service was pretty good and the price was really nice. It’s in a nice area and well centered, with many good restaurants nearby and two main shopping malls, the oasis mall and plaza universidad. la condesa is only 15 minutes away. This was one of the best places I’ve ever arrived to.

The rooms were excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked really well. There’s art all around the facilities, which made the whole place feel more comfortable to me. All the services were great too.
