My boyfriend and I had a long weekend here and thoroughly enjoyed it, so I’m not sure why the reviews are so low. The rooms were clean and felt like home, and we felt safe. Staff were really nice and stood to greet us whenever we came in. There are washer dryers on site too. We’ll definitely be back!

My friend and I loved the look of our unit at this modern, beautiful boutique hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Check-in and checkout were both easy. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Daily cleaning was a real plus, and we loved staying in this peaceful, beautiful place. The amenities were great, the staff were wonderful, and Yahel made us feel right at home.

Viadora looks incredible in person and in photos, and the rates seemed fair. But our trouble started after checkout. We’d left a positive review on Expedia, then suddenly got an invoice for “damages” with no explanation and an automatic credit card charge. When we asked for proof, they eventually sent pictures of a towel, an ironing board, and a flower vase. We hadn’t damaged any of them. Viadora refused to remove the charges when we disputed them. They later acknowledged that the vase charge was false, but instead of refunding the card already on file, asked us for a different credit card to issue the refund. That seemed suspicious and unacceptable. We’re now disputing the charges with our credit card company. The whole experience felt dishonest and predatory, and I want other travelers to know. Viadora may look beautiful, but its billing practices seem shady and amount to outright theft. Think twice before booking. What looks like a dream stay can turn into a costly scam.
