The place itself is nice, but the staff aren't. I had a terrible experience and the worst treatment I've received from a manager in 15 years of travel. There's no reception, and with no restaurants or cafes nearby, you have to take taxis everywhere. Their delivery service only works after 1 pm. When I complained, they refused to refund any of the days I'd paid for, even after I said I wouldn't stay there. I'm taking this straight to PROFECO.

The apartments are clean, roomy, and furnished very well, with a kitchenette and a very pleasant view. They're ideal for a longer stay and a great option if you need to work in the Bosques and/or Santa Fe area.

I always enjoy staying here. The one drawback is that there aren't any nearby shops where you can buy groceries.
