Hotel Agua Caliente

A nice, fun time.

The sheets are ancient and full of holes, and the toilet isn’t secured to the floor. The place is falling apart. Staff were rude, disrespectful, and unfriendly. They say the rate is low for what’s included, but I’d gladly pay a little more somewhere else for better service.

Cockroaches were the last straw, and I had to get out. The bedspreads were burned, while the sheets and pillowcases were filthy. Employees kept hanging around in the hallway, and they opened the door for us. I paid for two shifts, which already felt expensive, then asked for a refund for even one shift and got an arrogant response from the receptionist. I don’t know what you wanted to hear. Don’t go near this place. There are better choices farther down the road toward Puebla. Seriously, don’t stay here.

For 350 pesos, it’s a good stop if you’re passing through and need to travel early. The airport is about a 10-minute walk away, and I stop here every time.
