The service was good, and they offered to move us to a quieter room. The room itself was clean and modern, but the noise was a lot. There’s construction right outside that carried on past 10:30pm, and market announcements went on through the night.

The location next to the Monument felt central, so I could walk almost everywhere and Ubers were only minutes away. I also felt very safe during my stay. The staff were kind and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived, and the new rooms are beautifully designed, clean, and fresh, with a warm modern look. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were high quality. I booked Hotel More by Kavia for a week without knowing what to expect, and it went beyond what I’d hoped for. I plan to stay here again when I return to Mexico City ❤️

Waking up to a spectacular view of the Monument to the Revolution was a real luxury. Our room was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the sheets felt fresh, so we slept well. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout, and getting around the area was easy from this excellent location. We had a fantastic stay at Hotel More by Kavia and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The hotel is brand new and the prices are fair, which really surprised me. The one thing it lacks is room service. I think it would be useful if the restaurants upstairs offered it.
