I’ve stayed here twice and liked the side facing the road best. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a cool layout and sliding doors. The TV is excellent, the Wifi is fast and stable, and everything is clean. The cleaning staff are friendly and do a really good job. There are several good parks and museums within walking distance, along with restaurants, cafés, and Oxxo's. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Mexico.

I was traveling alone, and no one helped me. After a long journey from Brussels, I arrived at 10:30 pm to find the building closed, with no access information ever sent to me. I tried contacting the building administration and got no response. I was left outside for almost two hours until a friend staying in another apartment came to help. My friend contacted Carlos, who sent HER my access information instead of sending it to me. He never replied to me at all. This was the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. I’m a woman who was traveling alone, and I received no assistance from anyone. If you’re traveling alone, especially as a woman, never stay here.

We ended up stranded and had to find somewhere else to stay. We never received an access code, and when I contacted them, they gave me the property manager Carlos's number. I called and messaged him several times without getting a reply. I then followed up with the first person, who read my WhatsApp messages but still didn't respond. This is a SCAM.
