Breakfast was very well served, and our room had a full kitchen and living room. The hotel was clean and modern, and the staff were great. One of our best stays, definitely a gem. We had a lovely time. Special thanks to Elena and Diego for such excellent attention.

We had a wonderful time here. Breakfast was amazing, and there's a gym and more. The rooms have two TVs, the cleaning service was amazing too.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, almost like a small apartment, and I loved it. We had what was apparently the biggest balcony, with plenty of space, though we didn't use it much because it looked old and wasn't very pretty. This is a perfect place to stay if you need hospital procedures, since an indoor bridge connects directly to the hospital and you don't have to go out on the street. The areas were very clean, service was good, and breakfast was okay.

The room was comfortable and clean, with nice views, and the common areas and restaurant made for a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, even leaving a welcome dessert in our room. We just wished they'd left a fork with it. Booking with Hyatt points made it excellent value. There were some room maintenance problems, though: the shower leaked onto the floor, and the toilet line leaked too. One elevator to the lobby was out of service, which made getting there and back a bit of a hassle, especially since the separate room elevator isn't convenient. It isn't a luxury hotel, but we had a pleasant stay for the price and would consider coming back. Downtown Mexico City was about a 30-45 minute drive depending on traffic, and the airport took 45 minutes to an hour. Luckily, Uber prices are reasonable.
