Leonora Boutique Stays by Viadora

The rooftop garden was fantastic, with fresh fruit, coffee, and pastries, and we also loved the gym and jacuzzi. The apartment was stylish and well equipped, the location was great, and the staff were friendly and professional. We were there with two adults and two young children for a family trip to Mexico City. Unfortunately, Suite 101 had a strong cigarette smell. We told Martha and Sergio right away and followed up several times. They acknowledged the problem, but beyond expressing surprise and apologizing, nothing was done. The odor got into our clothes and luggage, even my CPAP mask. It disrupted my sleep, and I had to replace some parts. Four nights in a non-smoking apartment with that level of smoke odor is unacceptable, especially with young kids. We’re still trying to get the smell out of our things after returning home. The property has a lot going for it, but the smell and the lack of any resolution were disappointing. If you’re sensitive to smoke or traveling with children, avoid Suite 101.

The rooftop was a lovely place to spend time, and having coffee, fruit, and pastries up there each morning was great. The accommodations were spotless, and the staff were professional and helpful. This was our second stay at the Leonora, and we’ve had a great experience each time. We’ll definitely come back. Many thanks to the staff.

Chapultepec Park and lots of great restaurants, including a Michelin star, were an easy walk away. The street felt quiet and safe, and I’d return without hesitation. We rented the three-bedroom for a family reunion. The staff went above and beyond, especially with the stairs at the entrance. Since we had a toddler and stroller, they helped carry it up or down whenever we went out. Small room issues were fixed quickly. Monica was AMAZING. My son got sick on Easter Sunday, and she found a Doctor who came to our room within hours. I’m so grateful for her help.

The hotel was spotless and sits in an amazing location. Fernando deserves a special mention for going above and beyond and helping us with lots of things during our stay. The staff were incredible. Thank you!
