We stayed four nights, and nobody came to clean or tidy the apartment. It’s listed as serviced, but that wasn’t our experience. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of Roma Norte with plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants nearby.
The heat inside was unbearable, especially with the sun and the location, and there’s no AC. The only fan is tiny and barely helps. Management offered no solution, and messaging them felt like talking to a bot. I’d avoid staying here in hot weather.
The apartment was clean, modern, and practical, and it’s in a good spot in Rome.
