After a long day of travel, the exceptionally clean room and very comfortable mattress and bedding were just what I needed. I was traveling internationally with my cat, which can be stressful. Airport security and customs rules sometimes prevent bringing cat litter in carry-on luggage, and I arrived worried about how to care for my cat. The hotel's staff kindly helped arrange for cat litter to be bought and delivered. They made a stressful situation much easier. I especially want to thank Ricardo, Ricardo, and Ricardo, who all happened to be working that day. Each was friendly, professional, and truly helpful. They made me feel welcome and well cared for. I was also grateful that staff could speak with me in English. My Spanish is still a work in progress, though I'm determined to learn, and everyone was patient and easy to communicate with. I'm glad to have found a hotel that really welcomes cats. A lot of hotels call themselves pet-friendly, but cats are often excluded in the fine print, which causes unnecessary stress for pet owners. I appreciated the hotel's clear, accommodating policy. Checkout was efficient, including the room inspection for the 2,500-peso pet deposit. The front desk explained that they couldn't process the full refund directly. They issued a small placeholder refund while the hotel's controller completes the adjustment. At the time I'm writing this, the refund is still being finalized, but staff explained the process clearly and handled it professionally. I had an excellent stay, would happily return, and highly recommend the hotel, especially for anyone traveling through Mexico City Airport with a cat.

Room service was very good, and both the front desk and housekeeping were courteous. Check-in was quick, and Alberto Herrera answered my questions knowledgeably. When I called for help with the tub plug, housekeeping came fast, though I had to use my fingers to open and close it because it wasn’t working properly. The thermostat was confusing too. At around 6 p.m. I was told the temperature wouldn’t rise until after 10. It was set to 23°C, but by 3 a.m. it had returned to the temperature from when I arrived. I’d still absolutely come back. I slept very well and had a good stay overall. I arrived at Terminal 1, where the Hilton reception staff seemed uninterested in helping me, but I’d read good things about the WH Collection in T2 and was glad I tried it.

Daniela made breakfast especially enjoyable. She was friendly and attentive, and really made sure everything was right. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices, and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful morning at the NH Collection Mexico City Airport T2. Highly recommend it.

The breakfast buffet had lots to choose from and was well stocked, which helped make up for some other issues. My room was spacious and clean, but the bathroom in particular could use a refresh. The views, both inside and outside the hotel, weren’t much to look at, so you may prefer a wall. I didn’t think the nightly price was worth it, even with breakfast. For some reason, they wouldn’t accept that breakfast was included in my booking, so I had to pay separately. Staff spoke English, but seemed unsure when questions went beyond their usual phrases.

After my flight was cancelled at the last minute, I booked through a third-party site. Check-in was quick, and the staff were attentive. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with lots of options. Breakfast isn’t included in the stay, though you can buy it before reserving. Having the hotel right at the airport made things easy for my partner and me, since we didn’t have to move our luggage around. The staff were wonderful, and I’d definitely stay again if I were in the area.
