I booked apartment #2 through Airbnb and had a great stay. There are plenty of places to visit and restaurants nearby. The apartment has its own elevator entrance, and the front desk area is secured by two doors that lock automatically. There isn't any AC, but luckily CDMX is cool enough that we didn't need it.

The best thing here is the location in the middle of Zona Rosa, along with a clean, well-kept place and friendly staff. My room had plenty of space, with a separate bedroom, living area, and small kitchenette. It also had pedestal fans and irons, and the kitchenette worked. There's no restaurant or room service, though good food options are close by, and housekeeping isn't included on longer stays. A few things made the stay less comfortable: the bed was somewhat hard, nearby air conditioning units could be noisy for light sleepers, and I had no hot water, so I showered cold. The cable TV didn't work and there was no over-the-air signal, while the free Wi-Fi was unreliable for me. Still, if you want a central Zona Rosa base and won't spend much time in the room, the cleanliness, upkeep, and friendly staff make it a decent choice.

There were two pubs on our street that made for a nice place to end the evening, and the apartment was well placed, almost beside Avenida de la Reforma, a busy area with lots to do. We had a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The only issue was that the shower pressure was a little weak. Everything else was very good. Breakfast wasn't included, which gave us a chance to try somewhere new in the mornings.

The apartment was spacious, around 40 pyeong (approximately 130 square meters), and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen that would work well for a family. I stayed for seven days starting December 20. Getting around was easy, with public transportation including MBC nearby, plus Korean restaurants, Hanmart, and other places to eat. Reception was open around the clock and the staff were friendly. There was some music from nearby businesses, but it wasn't a big problem. I thought it was very good.
