The rooftop and ground-floor restaurants were both good, and the staff were easy to communicate with and gave top-tier service. The hotel itself is super cute, with lovely rooms and decor in a great location. Sleep was rough for me the whole trip. The beds felt genuinely hard as a rock, and loud music kept playing early in the morning. Most rooms don't have AC, so if that's an issue, I'd ask for one that does.

Our third-floor room faced the street, but it stayed quiet at night. The location is beautiful and central, with lots of great places nearby, and the staff were friendly.

Pandora House is in a quiet neighborhood near Reforma 222, and the mix of modern chic and vintage charm made the hotel feel lovely. We had a great five-night visit to Mexico City. At check-in, we got complimentary drinks at the Pandora Rooftop, and breakfast at the hotel restaurant each morning was something we enjoyed. The staff were kind and attentive, and someone was available whenever we needed help, 24/7. There wasn't AC, but with the fan and windows open the room was comfortable enough for us. I'd happily recommend staying here and would love to return on another CDMX trip.
