Hotel Premier

The central location is excellent for getting around, and I liked how attentive and courteous the restaurant staff were. But I was hoping at least to avoid cockroaches, even with the hotel's three-star rating. My room had them everywhere, which was awful. The furniture is quite old, as you might expect. There's a walk-in closet, but not one hanger in it. What's the use of a closet without hangers?

I wouldn't recommend Hotel Premier. I paid for five nights upfront and found there was no AC, but the bed bugs were far worse. There were so many that I couldn't sleep for even one night. I made videos and shared them with the admin staff, but they ignored me. I had to endure it for all five nights, and over six days I was badly bitten. A week after that awful stay, I'm still itching and haven't recovered. I should be refunded. No thanks. The location also wasn't very close to the main city center attractions, though that wasn't the main reason for my bad review.

Avoid this hotel. I had booked, confirmed, and paid a day ahead, but they cancelled by message while I was on my way from the airport. They didn't help me find another place and just told me to ask Booking for a reimbursement.

I found the shower poor, and the room had only a 20-inch TV with local cable, no smart TV and no remote. The complimentary breakfast wasn't a buffet either. You pick from just two or three menu items, and even an extra egg costs more. Basic room amenities were missing, including drinking water. We apparently had to get it ourselves outside, and extra water from the hotel had to be paid for. In my opinion, this is a very bad hotel. I'd suggest booking elsewhere, since other hotels in the area offer more for the same price.
