The owner and family made us feel so welcome and were very accommodating. Every morning, you could ask for their amazing coffee and pan, and there’s a quiet spot out back with a huge table for 15 people. Someone is always available to help, and you can come and go at any time of day or night. The neighborhood has good food, and downtown is only a $3 Uber ride away. I’d 100% recommend staying here on a trip to Mexico City.

For the price, this place is unbeatable in the area. The staff really make an effort to meet their guests’ needs, and it’s excellent value.

Fanny was so kind, and the service was excellent. The room smelled clean as soon as we walked in, and the sheets and everything else were spotless. The location was perfect for me. The noise was the one downside. We were in the room by the entrance, so we heard people coming and going and talking. I’m a light sleeper, although my friend didn’t hear a thing. I’d definitely recommend staying here. 🙏🏼

I came back, and the staff were still professional and respectful, especially Fanny. The rooms were very clean, and the location is excellent, with places to eat every day of the week and the metro very close by.

Sleeping was difficult: the place was noisy, the mattresses were very hard, and the small rooms didn’t even have a chair. I also found the staff very rude, with sour expressions and impolite replies. I don’t recommend this hotel, and I’d save yourself the trouble of a bad stay. I hope the owners pay more attention to these issues and hire staff who are more polite.
