I loved this place so much that I came back and stayed for 11 nights total during my trip to Mexico. The apartments are lovely and the location is perfect. Jorge is super friendly and did everything he could to help. Highly recommend!

This was an absolutely horrifying stay. At the end of September 2025, the glass shower door in my apartment jammed, came completely off its track, fell, and shattered on me while I was showering. I was bleeding and terrified, and had to go to the hospital for treatment and stitches. What happened afterward was almost as upsetting. The hotel moved us to another room, acted as if it were no big deal, and left cheap pastries and flowers as though that would make up for it. They’ve refused to accept responsibility, keep pointing to “Booking.com investigations,” and still haven’t offered real compensation. This wasn’t “misuse.” I know how to use a shower. It was a serious safety hazard, and the next person could be a child or an older guest who isn’t as lucky. I’ve traveled all over the world and never seen such negligence or lack of accountability. Travelers should avoid this place. It’s unsafe, and management seems more concerned with protecting themselves than their guests. (Incident date: Sept 30, 2025, verified through Booking.com)

Didier was quick to respond and very helpful. We had a very nice stay, with a convenient location close to Chapultepec.

The room was dirty when we arrived, and the bed linen hadn’t been changed from the previous guest. The rubbish bins were still full of the last guests’ rubbish. There was no air conditioning either. Very disappointing, and the other negative reviews are right. This isn’t a nice or comfortable place to stay. Look elsewhere.
