The hosts and team showed us care and compassion during a very difficult moment in our stay. Their support went far beyond what we could have expected from a hotel, and we’ll always be grateful. We stayed seven nights. The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean, and the hotel and courtyards are beautifully designed. It’s on a quiet residential street, just steps from great bars, restaurants, and cafés. The location couldn’t be better. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City.

Monica, Alejandra, and Rodrigo looked after us so well. Before we arrived, Monica booked event and museum tickets for us, along with an airport taxi. She also gave us helpful feedback after we shared our itinerary. Across all the countries we’ve visited, we’ve never had service like Monica and her team’s. Coming back after a full day out and being warmly welcomed by Monica or another staff member was always a pleasure. The turndown service was a nice extra. We spent 15 nights at Hotel Casa Ensenada in Le Condesa, a quiet neighborhood with lots of interesting places and restaurants within walking distance. We had superb meals nearby and walked to Chapultapec and Roma Norte more than once. Breakfast was a healthy continental spread of granola, oats, yogurt, tropical fruit, toast, and more, enough to set us up for the day. Our room was large, clean, and extremely well appointed, with a very comfortable king-size bed. If we come back to CDMX, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Monica and her team gave us a warm welcome and were professional throughout. We stayed five nights, and the clean, comfortable room had nice amenities. The location was great, breakfast kept us fueled for our outings, and the hosts were happy to answer our questions. We had everything we needed for our visit to CDMX.

We landed in Mexico City and stayed here right after arriving. The staff took great care of us and were very helpful. The house and hotel are nicely designed, and the bathroom in particular is lovely and spacious.
