I loved the little touches, like coffee and biscuits left in the lobby, and the outdoor space at the back was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The price was good, and the Novit hotel is in a great spot with public transportation nearby. I'm really glad I chose it for our five-night stay.

The pool was warm, with the gym in the same room but in a separate area, and it was very relaxing. There's a nice patio with something like a waterfall beside the cafeteria at the back of the hotel. The bar is at the front, and the cafeteria serves breakfast and dinner. Breakfast includes coffee or juice and a basket of bread for free. For eggs or a proper meal, you pay around $365 pesos per person. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms nice and clean, and the Wi-Fi was strong. Everyone at the front desk was professional and nice. Everything was exceptional, and I'd consider coming back.

The rooms and service were great, and the amenities were okay. The gym was small, and the pool was cold and dirty.

The beds were incredibly hard, and that wasn't just my experience; two colleagues in other rooms felt the same. I can't understand why a hotel would choose mattresses that firm. It felt like sleeping on a park bench. It's a shame, since the service was perfect, the food was good and the location convenient. I would have come back otherwise.
