I felt really comfortable there, and everyone was friendly and ready to help. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was good. Perfect for a short trip 🫶

The building is modern and the location in the Santa Fe area is good. Service was friendly, but the room was so cold and there weren’t enough blankets. We had a horrible night trying to stay warm with the covers over our heads. A comfortable night is the most basic thing I expect from accommodation, so I wouldn’t recommend this experience.

The staff made my stay. I got sick after eating street food, and the kitchen lady and other staff looked after me and made me a light breakfast. For the price, the service and hotel quality are hard to match. The view is nice, there’s a mall close by, and a pharmacy right next door. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in CDMX.

The view is gorgeous if you get a room at the front, and the beds are comfortable. The staff were polite, too. But the rooms were freezing. I stayed from late December into January, and even though I don’t usually get cold easily, I needed three blankets and a sweater and was still cold. There was no microwave or refrigerator, which was inconvenient, and despite what the website said, there was no laundry room. Breakfast was included at the hotel restaurant, but I ate there only about three times over my two-week stay because it was very average.
