The room came with a microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, and pots and pans, so it was good value and more than comfortable enough. Check-in had a hiccup because no staff were there at the time, though we were still allowed into the room and the experience was positive overall. Some outlets and contacts were loose or only partly finished. The shower was another annoyance, as the temperature kept landing either too hot or too cold and was hard to adjust.

It’s a safe area, though a bit far from bars and restaurants and not near downtown. I loved the place and the staff. The price is very affordable, and it’s very clean, with the basics you need and a comfortable feel. It has a sort of boutique hotel style, with lovely decor and a welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk in.

The rooms are excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked very well. Art throughout the facilities adds to the comfortable feel. I found the place really comfortable, and the services were excellent overall.

We spent a week here while visiting Mexico City with my family, and it was one of the best places I’ve stayed. The price was really nice and the service was pretty good. The area is nice and well located, with plenty of good restaurants nearby and two main shopping malls, the oasis mall and plaza universidad. La condesa is only 15 minutes away. I really recommend it.
