The Green Park Luxury Boutique Hotel and Grand Suites - Chapultepec Parkfront

The rooms are impeccable, with beautiful woodwork and floors and a lovely bathroom, apart from the odd contraption in the shower. The room quality is high, but the hotel offers few amenities, if any: no coffee pot, refrigerator, or iron. The photos show no people, and the hotel really was empty. During our seven-day stay, we didn’t see other guests in the bar or restaurants. It’s directly across from Chapultepec Park, but at the far edge of Condesa, so it takes at least a 10- to 15-minute walk each way to reach nice restaurants and bars. With that mix of good rooms and the drawbacks I mentioned, I’d probably choose somewhere else next time.

The view of the park is beautiful, and the hotel itself is lovely, with beautiful wood furniture and a huge bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. Jose is usually downstairs, ready to help with luggage or answer questions, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are two restaurants where you can dine in style and have a full gourmet experience. The food was delicious, and I’d highly recommend it.

Caesar and Juan at the front desk took such good care of us that we felt like honored guests the whole time. A beautiful hotel and a wonderful stay.

I loved the neighborhood, the park, and CDMX, but I won’t stay here again next time. The service was mediocre for what you’d expect at the price, and the experience didn’t impress me. The street-noise reviews are accurate. We brought a sound machine, so it wasn’t a big deal, but I was surprised they don’t provide them given all the complaints about street noise.
