The property is well kept and clean, and the neighborhood is nice. I had trouble with communication about extra charges. At check-in I paid in Mexican pesos, even though the rate I got through the All App was in US dollars. They added a little over 10% as an exchange commission without telling me I could pay in US dollars with no surcharge. The hotel's location is excellent.

The King Fish restaurant in the hotel is really delicious, and breakfast was consistently good. The staff were very attentive, and I had no problems with the food or service during my week-long stay. It's in a very nice area.

The views are probably among the best in Mexico City, the rooms are excellent, and the front desk staff are kind and warm. The restaurant keeps letting things down, though. Sometimes they're out of tequila, or chicken, or eggs for the chilaquiles, and it has become a liability for revenue. They give away breakfast, but it isn't worth it. Please stay here, you'll love the hotel, just eat somewhere else.

The hotel was in a great spot for our business trip, close to a shopping mall and a beautiful park we could walk to. I wasn't happy with the food. Breakfast didn't have enough protein or balanced, healthy choices, and dinner was either greasy or spicy. Maybe that was just the menu our company was offered, I'm not sure.

The room was huge and comfortable, with a good bed and a nice bathroom. Everything was very clean and up to date. The water pressure was weak, and the TV was awful, with poor resolution, a badly cropped picture, and terrible programming. It felt like watching TV from the 80s. That's why I can't give it a 10.
