ULIV Apartments - Polanco II

The rooms were spacious and well kept, and the rooftop has an amazing view. It’s a very safe area and a great spot in Polanco. Heat meant keeping the windows open, though, so street noise was a drawback. They should add screens too, since mosquitoes can get into the rooms.

The apartment has aged, and the photos give a somewhat misleading impression. Like most apartments in Mexico City, it doesn’t have AC, so the windows need to stay open. Temperature wasn’t a problem for me, but the street noise made sleep difficult. I’d bring earplugs.

The bathrooms weren’t very clean, and the features and amenities didn’t match what was advertised. The apartment was mediocre, substantially older and less premium than the one shown online. The location and address were misrepresented too. At 50-60% of the rate, it might be OK.

The kitchen had everything we needed, and the rooms were huge. There’s also a washer and dryer, 2.5 bathrooms, and a convenience store right next door. Such a great stay, with lots of amenities and a tall building topped by a huge rooftop.
