The room was decent, and I would've been much happier with my stay if I could've slept. Traffic noise was insane, and there seemed to be no sound insulation in the building. There was no heating either, so it got cold at night in CDMX in January.

I booked three nights, but after an accident I stayed only one. The hotel said not to worry and offered to refund one night, then refused when I asked for the money back. Really disappointing service, especially since the hotel itself was great.

I couldn't find a room at the many hotels I called, and one of them pointed me here. I booked straight away. The location was perfect, and the room even had a mini kitchen. Highly recommend!

Watch out for this scam. They call it a four-star hotel, but it feels like a garage. The panoramic windows they promise turn out to be only 40 cm wide, and reception was no help.

The rooftop lounge had a lovely view and plenty of places to sit, and the whole hotel was meticulously kept. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, and the room had a cool industrial, techno-modern look. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, especially Javi, the manager. He had time to chat and laugh, and his suggestions for things to do led me to some experiences I would've missed otherwise. Isaac at Reception also took great care of me. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks so much, Javi.
