The rooftop restaurant is beautiful, and the views are hard to beat. We stopped by the new rooftop bar, where Guadalupe, Leonard, and Jaqueline gave us a great experience. The drinks were 10/10, and the service was excellent. At the bar, Jaqueline made me a tequila aperol sour exactly as requested, then we spent the evening chatting. She, Loeonardo, and Guadalupe were all so kind and personable. We also enjoyed some great hummas and pita. Thanks for the fantastic service!

Dinner at Trazo was one of the best parts of our vacation. The food was a real surprise, absolutely delicious and memorable. My boyfriend and I had an incredible stay, with kind, attentive staff and a perfect location. The place was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed from the moment we arrived. Everything went beyond what we expected, and it made for a perfect getaway.

We paid for a balcony room and were given a cheaper room without anyone checking whether that was okay with us. I contacted corporate and they opened a ticket, but never followed up. The front desk employee who dealt with the problem didn't even greet us later when we ran into her after raising our concern. I feel they could have handled it much better.

The rooftop restaurant is nice, and the hotel feels brand new, with really nice rooms and a large shower. There are lots of good restaurants around. It stays quiet Monday through Wednesday, but from Thursday to Sunday there's a lot of music and noise, which makes it hard to sleep.

It was a nice, convenient hotel with a peaceful spot to get work done on my computer while enjoying the beautiful day in Mexico. The food was good, and Jhon at the rooftop bar was great.
