The rooms were clean, and the cleaning lady was very nice. The man who checked us out and the breakfast room staff were friendly too. But our June 2024 stay with 5 adults and 4 kids was a mess. We booked two rooms, and my son got trapped in one bathroom because the latch was missing. The desk lady told me to find the cleaning lady, who then had to track down maintenance. Eventually we were moved. In the next room, the key wouldn’t open the door for five minutes. The lady told us we needed to be patient, so we were moved again. The third room had a broken glass bathroom door. The desk said maintenance would be told, but no one came to look at it. When we called for an update, she said they knew it was broken and had ordered a replacement, but didn’t have one yet, and told us to be careful. They offered another room the next day, but by then I was wondering what would be wrong with that one. On our second day, I was heading toward the stairs looking for the room key when the same lady yelled at me to hand over my card key. She said it wasn’t activated. I pointed out that the room was paid for, and she yelled that I wasn’t listening. I went upstairs and the key worked fine. Awful front desk service from Bexy. I won’t go back to that hotel. The rooms also don’t have a mini fridge or microwave.
