The view is incredible, and the rooms are comfortable and pleasant. The hotel was safe and clean, with excellent service. The town itself is small and very quiet, and the hotel made it easy to get around while still having a truly restful stay.

The parking was very good, but the rest of our stay was frustrating. My family found a used roll of toilet paper and had to buy one at a store. The receptionist was very rude. On arrival she said we couldn't shower until evening, then, although checkout was at noon, she made us leave with the car at 11 am, saying Mondays are very busy. There are better places to stay, and I wouldn't come back.

The hotel has its own parking lot, which is great, and it's relatively close to the center. It's pet-friendly, with the understandable condition that you're responsible for any damage your pet causes. Everything seemed new and well maintained, and our room looked and felt great. We found the place clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The staff were attentive, kind, and friendly; they answered our questions, suggested things to visit in Real del Monte, and told us about the town and nearby area. ❤️

The hotel itself is in perfect condition, but the woman who helped me in the morning was terrible. In my experience, it wasn't accessible at all: the toilet had a used roll of paper, and when I asked for another while I was still staying there, she tried to charge me for it.
