There's parking, and stores are close by, which is handy. The place felt safe and comfortable, and the Tec is an easy walk away.

We'd ordered through the app, but the security guard still wouldn't let us park in the pickup spot. Then he started hitting the window and was really rude.

The laundry setup is a mess: there's just one washer and one dryer, and the dryer doesn't dry anything. It eats coins, and if the manager isn't around, you may have to wait until midweek to do laundry. This has been going on for more than six months without a fix. The internet is always down, and the furniture is really poor quality. There's a waiting list to book, apparently because it's near the university, not because the service is good. The maintenance man is unpleasant and acts as if he can take advantage of the young people living there. I don't recommend this place.

Cockroaches are a real problem here, and nothing is done about them. The cleaning is poor too, while the maintenance guy only fixes things when he or the manager happens to remember. The place needs a lot of upkeep, including the apartments and amenities, and the furniture is old. When something obsolete stops working, they might replace it with a used item from an empty apartment, or give you a new one and charge more than the rent. The manager does a terrible job. She often seems to be on her phone or watching YouTube on her computer instead of working, leaves early, and sometimes arrives late. The central air conditioning is another issue. If it's even a little cool outside and they decide to turn it off to save money, anyone who's hot is out of luck. I could say more, but this is already long. I absolutely don't recommend the place. There are better options nearby, including for less money.
