A really nice place to stay for what it costs.

When we arrived, they kept us waiting outside for ages. We had to yell like crazy before anyone finally let us in. After we got settled, they stopped replying to our messages. The room was filthy: it hadn't been cleaned, there was urine in the toilet, and the floor, headboards, and bathroom were all dirty. There were cockroaches too. The TV couldn't be used because there wasn't an electrical outlet. Their dog barked through the night and kept us awake. It was so awful we almost laughed. I wouldn't stay there again even for free.

The place never cleaned our room during the stay, and getting help was no better. The man who handed over the room disappeared after that, so if you needed anything, you had to sort it out yourself. Their cell number is supposedly for contacting them, but when I called to say we'd arrived, the woman didn't answer. My children and I waited outside for about eight minutes, exposed to danger on the street. The room was nothing like the website photos, which are FAKE. My daughter was about to sit on the toilet when we saw it covered in urine, with the bowl yellow and drops on it. The shower had hair and empty shampoo packets, so clearly it hadn't been cleaned. Cockroaches were everywhere: two came out of my shoes, and several more were under the table. They have dogs that bark and cry at night, so you can't sleep. The front door is very simple, and it feels vulnerable, as if anyone could just walk in. This was by far the worst place I've ever stayed. P.S. I really needed to vent and tell you everything about this place. TERRIBLE. -5 stars.

It's a beautiful, quiet place in a wonderful area, and a good spot to rest if you're passing through. Everything feels harmonious, no one bothers you, and the staff are incredibly friendly and polite. Excellent service.
