My client arrived and only then were we told, "We'll refund your deposit to the same card." They were left without accommodation because of this terrible service. I had booked for my clients and received confirmation in the WhatsApp chat that everything was fine. I even mentioned that Maps showed the hotel as closed, and you confirmed again that the reservation was active and that later reservations wouldn't be possible. I will NEVER recommend this hotel. They're irresponsible, and the customer service is abysmal. When you ask for a refund, they just disclaim responsibility. Terrible service. Be careful when you reopen, because they'll do the same thing to you. They have the worst service.

I've been trying to get my money back for over six months, and now they don't even respond. They don't take responsibility for cancellations, so don't book if you're unsure you'll use the facilities, and definitely don't pay in advance when demand is high. Look for somewhere else.

The room was very clean and pleasant, with comfortable air conditioning, and I thought it was good value for money. The woman who helped us was very kind, and the location was excellent, with everything close by. I did find a cockroach in the bathroom, which really panicked me. I imagine those bugs are more common in a big city like Monterrey, though. Anyway, thank you so much for everything :3

We booked through Booking.com, but the day before our stay they told us the power and water were out and they didn't know when service would be restored. We chose to cancel, and they still haven't returned our money since June.
