We were in Monterrey for a concert at Cintermex and just needed somewhere to sleep before leaving early, so this place suited us. There's no physical contact with staff, everything goes through WhatsApp and bank transfer, which is handy if you don't like socializing or are introverted. The room was fine, nothing major. The blankets shed a bit, the bedspreads were a little hard, but that's normal. There's no TV, so keep that in mind. It had what we needed for a good night's sleep.

I was unsure about booking through WhatsApp at first, but it turned into a really pleasant experience. The room was very clean, with a super comfortable king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with hot and cold water. Access is electronic, and there's no TV, though Wi-Fi meant that didn't bother me. I like that there's no cleaning staff entering the room, since it gives me extra peace of mind about my things. Online support is attentive and very friendly.
