The location was excellent, and I loved all the thoughtful extras: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and even coffee supplies at the coffee bar. Having a laundry center was a huge plus, and Netflix was included too. Super well equipped. I highly recommend it! ♥️

The apartment had a fantastic view, and our car was safe in the covered parking. We also used the well-equipped gym. The entrance guard was friendly and professional, and checking our IDs before letting us in made us feel secure. Adriana had left bottled water and coffee for us, a thoughtful touch. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the shower got hot right away. We stayed two nights during sub-zero temperatures in Monterrey, but the heating in both the living room and bedroom kept the apartment comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and our son slept well on the sofa. We had a great stay and will book this apartment again when we visit Monterrey.

Adri, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, always quick to answer questions. The apartment had everything I needed and felt very secure. It’s in a convenient area, with everything relatively close, and getting around on foot was easy. I felt at home even while away, and I’d happily stay there again if I get the chance. You can get almost anywhere in Monterrey by bus from here, and everything is close by. The view is fantastic, the apartment is fully equipped and feels very secure. They’re quick to respond and always ready to answer questions. Excellent location!
