If quiet is what you want, this place isn't for you. You can see into the whole place from outside through a hole in the main door facing the street, and you hear people, trucks, pretty much everything. The glasses and bathroom were dirty. The bathroom door had no lock and looked like someone had broken it on purpose. It was quite cheap, but I could have had a much better stay at a hotel for the same price.

For around 400 pesos a night, you get a small individual room with the basics. Mine had a single bed, air conditioner, dresser, mirror, and TV. Each room has its own key or code, which I liked. The common areas aren't very nice and could use improvement. Service could be better too, with someone more attentive on site or a contact number to reach them, and more security. The photos don't really match the actual place. The only one I can confirm is the kitchen photo. Inside, several doors lead to separate small rooms with limited space.

The owner was rude, and the room wasn't fit to stay in. It smelled extremely damp, with water from the air conditioner dripping into the closet and the wood rotting. They moved me from one hotel to another because there was no electricity. It was a truly awful experience.

The single rooms are excellent for one person and have everything you need. It's a very basic place, though, and you have to share spaces. The common areas are run-down, uncomfortable, and neglected. For a few days as a solo traveler, I think it's a good choice. I wouldn't want to stay for months.
