The rooms were okay, but customer service was awful. There was no Wi-Fi at all. We kept asking the front desk to do something, and they kept saying I was entering the wrong password. That felt like a sorry excuse. If I'm ever back in Monterrey, this would be the very last hotel I'd consider.

It's close to the metro station, but I couldn't sleep because the music next door was so loud. There was no hot water, the beds were hard and uncomfortable, and no air conditioner remotes were available. You had to set it once for the whole night or call the front desk.

It was very, very noisy. I could hear kids playing, yelling, and running around until 12:30 am. The worst hotel I've stayed at. I wouldn't recommend it if you want to rest.

The food was great, and the staff were lovely. My room was great too, especially the amazing bathroom. I couldn't have asked for more.

The location and rooms were nice, and the service was good. Having parking was a plus.
