I began planning my wedding in January 2025, and had a civil ceremony. At first I was a little nervous because management changed several times. As the date got closer, though, Victor and Josue were very attentive and made sure the event went well. They adjusted the original setup when it rained, and my guests were delighted. We were also grateful for their availability and attention to detail with the rooms before, during, and after the wedding. I’d recommend this place 100% for planning an event.

I visited for a day pass on the terrace on July 19, 2025. The view was great, and the pool had a really nice red design. The restrooms were small but enough for the terrace. You can order drinks and food at the terrace restaurant, though service was a bit slow with both indoor and outdoor seating. I had a good experience.

The room itself was passable, and not as dirty as some others I'd heard about, but the cockroaches and badly washed, stained towels made the stay awful. They charged us for the towel stains even though we hadn't caused them, and said the bedspread was stained too. It wasn't, and when we asked for proof they refused to show any. The hosts did nothing to sort this out, and the cleaning staff were incompetent. The location is good, which is a shame, because there are much better hotels nearby. I wanted to see for myself after hearing the bad reviews. I can confirm them now. Don't risk it, it isn't worth it.

We had the shrimp tostadas and they were really good, definitely recommend them. The facilities were clean and very nice, and the rest of the food was very good too. Eliud at the counter gave excellent service and explained everything clearly. The day pass is a great idea for couples. I'll definitely come back.
