I stayed there for three months. It’s warm and has a nice look, and everyone was very attentive. The only issue was the laundry: we paid for the service, but our clothes still had stains. After I mentioned it, they stopped returning the clothes that way. I stayed in the lower part of the middle house, where there was no hot water. But with that heat, who really needs it? Everything was lovely, and yes, I’d come back and stay there again.
Colonia Obispado, one of Monterrey’s oldest neighborhoods, is a great location. But I had a very unpleasant month-long stay because I couldn’t trust the security of my belongings. My iPhone headphones went missing, and when I told the manager, he gave vague excuses and did nothing to resolve it. Other employees told me the person who cleaned my room that day had already been the subject of complaints from other guests. The manager still took no action. It’s a shame for a place serving executives and long-term travelers to neglect something as important as guests’ belongings and sense of security.
I stayed in one of the lofts for a week and felt at home. They had everything I could need, and I always felt safe and slept well. The staff welcomed me like family and gave me wonderful service. I’d definitely recommend the place, the service is excellent.
The area is quiet and feels safe, and the location is superb. The rooms are comfortable and come well equipped.
Lots of privacy, spotless rooms, and excellent service. A great fit for business trips.
