The part I keep thinking about is how Gabriela Bolados looked after me while we were in Monterrey for our only child’s wedding. When my husband and I arrived from the airport, I was having A-Fib symptoms, and she immediately called a private doctor to see me. My husband and I, a Platinum Marriott member, are so grateful to Gabriela and her whole team. The Four Points Sheraton was wonderful: outstanding food, great service and transportation, and people who made us feel like family. Muchas gracias!

I’ve been here for about a month on an official trip, and it’s been close to perfect. The staff are the best part: always polite and helpful, and ready to go the extra mile. It’s a nice four-star hotel in the middle of an upscale neighborhood. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast is included every morning and is quite good. There aren’t many vegetarian choices, but the options they do have are fresh, hygienic, and tasty. A great choice for work or leisure, and I’d recommend it.

The room was clean, though they only left one small bottle of water, which didn’t feel like enough. The air conditioning makes a lot of noise when it adjusts the temperature, so light sleepers may have trouble. It’s a basic hotel in a good location and wasn’t very busy. The front desk service was good, but the restaurant was inconsistent, bad one day and good the next.

The room was great and so was the location, close to galerías. It’s a shame there isn’t a restaurant in the hotel, though the location makes up for it.
