They couldn't find my reservation, so I paid in cash and then got charged again on my credit card. Be careful. The place itself wasn't good either: the sheets were very old, it smelled bad, the bathroom was cramped, and there was no AC.

The room was really noisy, with sound coming from both the street and other guests through the thin walls. The bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was filthy. It smelled like stale cigarettes, and there was absolutely no hot water, not even lukewarm. I stayed February 4-6. Don't stay here.

We felt welcome right away, with small gifts in the room and a cozy, private, at-home feel. The staff were friendly and quick to help, even offering services beyond what we'd expected. It's a simple colonial motel, with a nice balance of minimalism and style. The location is a real plus, near the Cathedral Basilica and convenient for small local food spots and shops. We had a great stay and would come back if we get the chance.

The service was good, and it's very close to the city center. A nice place to stay, though it isn't fancy.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable, but fine for one night. The rooms are okay for the price, and the location just outside downtown is perfect if you want to get around on foot.
