The location feels safe for walking to the historic center and the Riverwalk. The apartment was clean, though the complex is somewhat run down and could use a cleaning.

There’s parking at these condos, and they’re very close to paseo santa lucía and parque fundidora. A good place to stay if you’re going to a concert at parque fundidora or arena Monterrey. The facilities are a little old, but comfortable.
