Hotel 202 was a real bargain and a lifesaver over the Revolution day weekend, when most places were packed and extremely overpriced. I stopped in without booking online, and the woman at the front desk was very nice. The price she gave me already included taxes and fees. The room was pretty roomy, and the hot water worked. It's a 5 /10 walk to markets and downtown. The buses going by in the morning weren't too bad. I'd rather have a small window open than be stuck behind four walls like in most fancy places.

For the city center, it gets a little noisy here. Still, it's spacious and better than a lot of cheap places I've tried. It can get crowded, and you can hear the neighbors' doors slamming. Lol.

OYÓ doesn't accept reservations. When you arrive, they say there's no reservation under your name and ask you to pay 1500 per night.

It's not worth the price. The rooms are super expensive, the internet doesn't work, and the TV flickers. The reception area is filthy and dusty, and looks abandoned. The foreign receptionist who works during the day is always on the phone and doesn't resolve anything.
