The hotel itself is nice, but the staff were incompetent, which made for a very bad experience. Elsewhere, the guest comes first. That wasn’t the case here.

I loved staying here. The room was spacious and comfortable, and being there made me feel like I was in Italy. Il Forno served delicious breakfasts and dinners. I’d highly recommend the hotel, though I’d like the pool to be warmer and the restaurant music quieter, since it carries into the rooms.

The rooms were cozy and spacious, and the mattress and pillows felt luxurious. The staff were attentive, friendly, and clearly focused on good service. The facilities are small but worked perfectly well for a wonderful stay. It’s away from the city center, in a lovely, charming area that made for a peaceful night’s rest. Highly recommended.

A lovely hotel all around, from its atmosphere to its location. The rooms were very comfortable, and staff took good care of us throughout. It has valet parking and a restaurant, and it’s an excellent place to rest away from the usual bustle of the city center.
