The customer service was great, and the place felt really safe. It’s also affordable, fairly clean, and conveniently close to Morelia Centro. There’s less traffic and noise around here too. I’d definitely recommend it 💯✌️👍⚘️🇲🇽💞

The room was a good size for the price, and I was impressed with how clean the room, bathroom, and beds were. But the mattresses were old and lumpy, and a few bulbs didn’t work. Having to leave the key at reception every time I went out was awkward, especially when the attendants weren’t there and I couldn’t find or call them. The complimentary breakfast is quite limited, just fruit, orange juice, coffee, and biscuits, and it isn’t served on Mondays 😁. Also, be careful walking around at night; the area didn’t feel very safe.

The location was good, and the rooms were clean and quite nice. Smoking isn’t allowed, though, and there was a drunk person outside my room.
